This is a specific technique which
releases points of muscular
contraction and their corresponding
areas.
Reiki:  
A hands on or hands off method using
universal life force energy to
encourage the body's  own healing.

               
      Myofascial/Cranio-sacral:
Hands on techniques which lengthen
fascial planes, and optimize bodily
function through the balancing of the
cranio-sacral system.

         
        Polarity:

A hands on or off technique which
optimizes body function through the
balancing of the body's magnetic
poles.
